It works as expected in fusion protein constructs but since it's submitted to be a fusion brick, in our opinion it has got an extra 'T' base after the stop codon and before the suffix sequence (in other words it has a Standard Assembly suffix and a Silver Standard prefix). We used to build our BBa_K300005 part and in other devices with good results (more informations at BBa_K300005 Experience page).
